The Armoring Process and Facility

01. VEHICLE DISASSEMBLY

Disassembly and careful packing of interior panels, trim, exterior parts

02. COMPONENTS INSTALLED

Ballistic steel are welded and overlapped creating a protective shell

03. DOORS REINFORCED

Armored with ballistic steel and reinforced hinges

04. BALLISTIC GLASS

Multi-layered bullet resistant glass to absorb energy from a bullet’s impact

05. SUSPENSION, BRAKES ALTERED

Composite inserts (run-flats) are installed with reinforced suspensions

06. ENGINE BAY REINFORCED

Fuel tank and battery compartments are armor-plated

07. CNC MACHINE

Employment of a CNC profile cutting machine, bending & testing machines ensures higher standard for accuracy, power, and reliability. This also guarantees maximum output of armored vehicles from the factory.

Premium Raw Materials

01. Hardened Ballistic Steel

All steel is cut and is designed and patterned according to the exact contour of the vehicle. Armor is installed using a proprietary process to provide an OEM interior finish and superior protection coverage.

02. Bullet Resistant Glass

We uses high-quality, lightweight glass-clad polycarbonate to provide exceptional protection against repeated impacts. This advanced material is designed to withstand multiple hits.
